This means that you're very, very close to the big day! I'm thrilled to be sharing such a fabulous day in your lives with both of you! I can't wait to document every minute of it! Before you start filling this out, make sure you have quite a bit of time to do so. Once you start, you can't stop and come back to it another time unfortunately! It's lengthy, but we ask all of these questions so that there are zero problems of the day of your wedding. It also helps to have all your other vendor information with you while you're filling this out! If you're unsure of how to answer something, do the best you can and then you can always email or call me later. But this form will be sent to your 2nd photographer as well, so they need to have the most accurate information possible. When you're finished, hit submit and a copy will be emailed to me for your file and for use on the day of your wedding!
