Her Mom and I have been really good friends ever since we worked for the same heath care system. Then I left to pursue my passion for photography and we stayed close. She was in my wedding (and Abby was there as well) and I can’t tell you how happy I am that we’re still so close! I’ve watched this little girl grow up (from afar because they live an hour and a half away from us) and wow, I can’t believe she’s already 1 year old. She’s got such a great smile and a fabulous little personality. (Except when I took these pictures, she wasn’t too happy – hungry and tired!) So when Angela and Kevin asked me to drive up to do Abby’s 1 year photos – I couldn’t resist! Thanks for staying close and keeping us in your lives! Happy 1 year Abigail!

Then it was off to the park for some pictures of the birthday girl!! Look how adorable this hat is that Angela had made on Etsy.
One of my favorites!!There’s that smile! So adorable!The sailor outfit is a tradition as a 1 year old in Kevin’s family. A favorite!And then there was a stream. But not a regular stream, a stream that was lined with cobblestones. It was awesome. So I ditched the shoes and into the stream I went! And I LOVE how these turned out! (Glad Angela and I could just LOOK at each other and know that we wanted Abigail sitting in the stream!)How precious! Love this one!!
Cait! You have successfully made me cry! These are so gorgeous! She is just adorable and who knew she was so cranky the whole time. We are surprising my grandparents with the generation shot for their anniversary in two weeks. So gorgeous! Thanks so much!
