As we laid in bed together this morning, I smiled. You looked over at me and asked me, “Is he moving?” And it’s as if he knew your voice. Almost instantly, baby Cooper started to toss and turn in my tummy. I pulled the covers off my stomach to show you how he was “swimming” from one side to the other. And you watched. And watched. And watched.
I think maybe 10 minutes went by and you were still watching. You placed your hand on my stomach – it was one hundred percent natural. You asked me if I could tell certain parts of his body as he kicked and if he is always such a “soccer player”. Just looking at you and seeing you smile as Cooper kicked me agin and again made me smile.
These are the kind of mornings that I live for. The mornings when you just lay next to me and hold me. It only makes me love you more. You are my everything. You are my husband. And I’m so excited for our baby!
And since every post is better with a photo – here’s Miley resting her little head on my tummy. She just LOVES to cuddle on the belly!!
